You may try the item at home to assess its fit and character. If it shows signs of use beyond what is necessary for that purpose, the refund may be reduced.

Refunds
We refund the full product cost and the cost of the cheapest delivery option.
If a more expensive delivery method was selected, the price difference is not refundable.
Refunds are issued within 7 days after receiving the returned item.
Refunds are made using the same payment method unless requested otherwise.
Returning the Goods
Returned items must be sent back no later than 14 days after informing us.
Return shipping is free when using our dedicated system. If you choose another method, you bear the direct cost.

The item should be sent back in the condition necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.
Proper packaging is required. Reusing the original carton is appreciated.
Complaints & Faulty Items
If the product you received is faulty, incomplete or not as described, you have the right to file a complaint.
The seller is liable for lack of conformity for 24 months.
